  • 5 teaspoons of powdered mustard;
  • 20 ml vinegar 9%.

From spices you need 4 teaspoons of ground black pepper and 8 bay leaves.

How to cook:

  1. Tomatoes are crushed using a meat grinder, all seasonings are added, except vinegar, and evaporated for 15 minutes.
  2. Vegetables cut into strips, except for garlic, are put into the sauce and boiled for another 1/3 hour. Chopped garlic cloves are placed in the workpiece after a quarter of an hour.
